- For I.Sc Post: Candidates should have Higher Secondary and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education) under Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) & qualify in Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET-Category-I) for I.Sc,
- For CT, Post - Graduation with at least 50% mark and 1 Year Bachelor in Education. 50% marks in Graduation or 1 Year Bachelor in Education. (Special Education) & Qualify in Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET-Category-II) for BA, B.Ed, & B.Sc., B.Ed.
