Qualifications:

• Managing Director: Graduate Degree in the respective discipline preferably Technical/ MBA qualified. 
• Director (Projects): Bachelor’s Degree in the respective discipline. 
• General Manger (Finance & Accounts)/ Manager (Finance): MBA in Finance or qualified CA/ ICWA/ CFA. 
• Manager (Various disciplines): Bachelor’s Degree in the respective field with MBA in the concerned field.

Experience Required :  
Must be having adequate and relevant experience for the respective post

• Director: 18 years.
• General Manager: 15 years.
• Manager: 8 – 10 years.

Pay Scale:  

• Scientist: Rs. 15600-Rs. 39100 + Grad Pay Rs. 6600/-
• Senior Scientist: Rs. 15600-Rs. 39100 + Grad Pay Rs. 7600/-

Age Limits: 

       Managing Director Job

• Gen: 62 years. (Upper Age limit) as on 01 October 2015 
• Internal Candidate: Relaxation of 05 years.
